Create your account and select your neighborhood from our list of Dubai communities including AR3, JVC, JLT, Marina, and Town Square. Choose your monthly subscription plan during signup.

Upload Verification Documents

How long does verification take?
Most verifications are completed within 24 hours. You'll receive a notification on your dashboard once your documents are reviewed and you're ready to proceed with payment.
Can I join multiple communities?
While each membership is tied to a single verified address, we understand that life can be flexible! If you're renting in one community and own property in another, or if you're actively in the process of moving, just reach out to our team. We're happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis to ensure you stay connected where it matters most.
Is my information secure?
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption to protect your documents and personal information. Your Ejari is only used for verification and is never shared with other members.
What happens after I pay?
Once your payment is confirmed, our admin team will add you to your community's WhatsApp groups. You'll receive access to organized groups for general discussions, parents, pets, marketplace, and more.
